Shaping Careers in Civil Construction
The Pathways Program is establishing a much-needed pipeline of skilled workers by leading 120 women and First Nations participants on a career journey within civil construction through employment placements and the completion of a recognised Apprenticeship.
The program has now commenced and candidate Apprentices are already accepting employment placements, with unique benefits on offer for businesses that seek to participate in the program.

Brittany is looking for a career in civil construction, with previous experience working within customer service and admin. Brittany has a fantastic attitude and is extremely keen to start a role working outdoors where she can work to her full potential. Brittany presents well and has great communication skills. She has her drivers licence plus a car and is happy to travel for work. She is fit and healthy for outdoors work.

The program is delivered by Victoria’s peak body for the civil construction industry, the Civil Contractors Federation of Victoria (Civil Train RTO ID: 3704), with support from the Victorian Government, along with industry partners and civil construction contractors.
