Brittany (South East Melbourne)

Brittany is looking for a career in civil construction, with previous experience working within customer service and admin. Brittany has a fantastic attitude and is extremely keen to start a role working outdoors where she can work to her full potential. Brittany presents well and has great communication skills. She has her drivers licence plus a car and is happy to travel for work. She is fit and healthy for outdoors work.

Grace (Lilydale)

Grace has been working at Bunnings for the past 3 years, specialising in the trades desk services. Through this role she has gained an understanding of all various trades, and what they do day-to-day. Grace is looking for a change in career and loves the idea of being hands on and working outdoors.

Kasey (Hoppers Crossing)

Kasey has been in the hospitality industry for the last 7 years from a beginner to management. Kasey has maximised her career growth in the hospitality industry and is looking for a change in career, where she can be hands on and working in a team. Kasey was referred to this program through a successful candidate that went through the WIC Program in 2023.

Bailey (North East Melbourne)

Bailey is a young, polite, and friendly female who is looking to start her career in the civil industry. Bailey has grown up assisting her family on their farm and has loved the outdoors and hands on work that comes with it, which has been a big contributing factor into her pursuing this career pathway. She previously has experience in hospitality which has adapted her to working under high-pressure situations as well as working in a team environment – these are all skills she can apply to when on a civil site.

Brooke (East Melbourne)

Brooke is a friendly & well-presented girl, who is currently working for a small Landscaping business as a labourer/all-rounder. Brooke loves the outdoor and hands on work, and is looking to upskill to somewhere with more career growth which the Pathways program offers. Brooke is available for an immediate Start.

Holly (Greensborough)

Holly is a friendly and young girl looking to start her working career, since graduating year 12 last year. She has exposure to the civil industry though various members of her family, and likes the active, hands on, physical work that’s involved. She has a good attitude, and is willing to give anything a go.

Amanda (East Melbourne)

Amanda is a presentable and friendly Lady who is looking for a Change into the civil industry. Amanda has been a HC driver for the last 5 years, and with this role has been Forklift operating & regularly manually lifting/labouring. Amanda has a great work ethic and attitude towards learning new tasks.

Shannon (South East Melbourne)

Shannon is a friendly & presentable lady who is looking for a career change from support work & traffic management. In early 2000 she had experience working in earth moving, with most experience in Dump Trucks and excavator operating. Shannon is fit & healthy, ready to get back into the civil industry and make a career out of it.

Hannah (Melton)

Hannah Is a friendly and presentable young woman, who is looking for a change into the civil industry. Hannah has had some exposure to the civil industry through her husband, and other relatives and wants to get into it. Hannah has a great attitude towards work and is ready for a new challenge.

Rennea (North Melbourne)

Rennea has 3.5 years experience in Traffic Control/Management and Is looking for a further challenge and career growth for herself, which the civil industry offers. Rennea enjoys the outdoor work and wants to be more active and hands on. Rennea also has a great attitude and focus around site safety and compliance.

Bethany (Hurstbridge)

Bethany is a well presented girl who is looking for a new career pathway. Bethany has experience in Retail/Customer service roles and enjoys working in a team. Bethany Is a hands-on learner & is excited to get into a physical and active workplace environment.

Theodora (Richmond)

Theodora has been working as a Market Researcher since graduating from university, however, is not enjoying the office-based work, and would prefer to be more hands on and physical. Theodora has experience with working on her family farm, which has led to her to enter the civil industry.

Alexandra (Beveridge)

Alexandra is a young, fit & healthy woman who is currently working in the landscaping industry for the last 2 years and is looking to expand her skills and experience with entering the civil industry.

Claire (Pakenham)

Claire has been working in Traffic Control for the last 12 months and has been loving the work environment, working outdoors and being on her feet. Claire is looking for a bit of a challenge and to upskill into the civil industry. Claire is physically fit & Healthy and is looking for a more physical role in the industry.

Brilee (South East Melbourne)

Brilee has been working on the Rail for the past 18 months and is wanting to expand her skills and knowledge across the civil/rail industry. Brilee has a great attitude and is willing to give anything a go. She brings across knowledge of labouring on the rail across to civil.
