Brittany (Melbourne)

Brittany brings experience and skills to the table, making her a valuable asset in various roles. Focusing strongly on approachability, adaptability, and punctuality, she excels in high-volume environments. Her hands-on experience in Traffic Control Management, including manual labouring, Moxy operations, and SWMS implementation, showcases her competence in industrial and subdivision development. Brittany’s ability to build relationships, willingness to learn, and ability to ensure compliance reflect her professional acumen and commitment to excellence. Her customer-centric approach and operational proficiency further underscore her strengths and contributions.

Bethany (Hurstbridge)

Bethany is a well presented girl who is looking for a new career pathway. Bethany has experience in Retail/Customer service roles and enjoys working in a team. Bethany Is a hands-on learner & is excited to get into a physical and active workplace environment.

Theodora (Richmond)

Theodora has been working as a Market Researcher since graduating from university, however, is not enjoying the office-based work, and would prefer to be more hands on and physical. Theodora has experience with working on her family farm, which has led to her to enter the civil industry.

Alexandra (Beveridge)

Alexandra is a young, fit & healthy woman who is currently working in the landscaping industry for the last 2 years and is looking to expand her skills and experience with entering the civil industry.

Brilee (South East Melbourne)

Brilee has been working on the Rail for the past 18 months and is wanting to expand her skills and knowledge across the civil/rail industry. Brilee has a great attitude and is willing to give anything a go. She brings across knowledge of labouring on the rail across to civil.
